DDX Digital Transformation Assessment Model developed by Mata aims to guide businesses on their digital transformation journey by bringing businesses together with Digital Transformation Consultants in the DDX Consultant Pool.
Digital transformation maturity levels of businesses that start to receive services from a consultant of their choice are evaluated using the Digital Transformation Assessment Tool (D3A) developed by Boğaziçi University. In the evaluation, the company's processes and data usage in the processes are examined under 5 dimensions of D3A (Corporate Management, Customer and Market Management, R&D and Product Management, Supply Management, Production Management).As a result of the evaluation, the current digital transformation maturity level of the business is determined by comparing it with the cluster analysis made on other businesses in the pool, and suggestions are offered to increase the current level.
After the maturity level is determined, a report containing a business-specific road map is prepared, taking into account the company's competitive advantage, strategic priorities and goals.
